Project Objective
The scope of this project was to design a concrete foundation wall, concrete floor slab, masonry walls, roof framing, and roof.
Unique Project Features
The project incorporated two valve pits / buildings and sought to combine them into one larger space (approximately 30′ x 30′). The existing buildings required blast-resistant design and non-standard foundation and details.
